Service delivery is phenomenal when

customer experience is exceptional.

Paula Cook,  Founder, and Director

Over the years of working in corporate America in administration, Paula developed a passion for structure, order, and processes. She always believed that if there was a problem, there was a solution. She decided rather than complain about the circumstances in the workplace, she would write initiatives to change them.  Some were received, some were considered and one changed her life!  That "one" helped her to realize that she has a gift in business development and writing and there was a need for her services.

Her customer service experience began in 2001 in the airline industry.  She feels the airline industry allowed her to serve with love by helping people solve their concerns impacted by the unpredictable challenges in air travel.  She became the “go-to” person for conflict resolution.  In 2004 she received the highest award in Customer Excellence from Airtran Airways. From that experience, she began coaching and training businesses on how to deliver exceptional customer service.

She entered the Healthcare industry in 2006 and found a greater need for serving and providing memorable experiences to the patients and staff as well.  She has managed teams of up to 80 employees to reach their goals in patient satisfaction, bed-turn time, and boosting employee morale.  Hospital ratings were increased and patients’ experiences were enhanced.  Prior to establishing Theican Solutions, LLC, Paula was actively involved in helping friends and their referrals write policies and procedures, program curricula, staff training, and development processes for running Personal Care Homes, Childcare Facilities, and small businesses in general. The industry that fueled her passion was Mental Health. She genuinely cares about the welfare and mental health of all people and desires everyone to have an opportunity to be free and live a whole life.

She is a minister, author, motivational speaker, and active in her community.  She serves on the Board of Directors for The Whole Life Project, Inc. in Jonesboro, GA, a non-profit organization that promotes healthy lifestyles through wellness programs, self-awareness forums, and development programs for youth.  In September, 2022 Paula was sworn in to serve on the Board of Directors for Clayton County Community Service.
